The Negotiation Workbench

Prepare for the conversations that decide your divorce.

Most people negotiate their separation from emotion, in the moment, with no plan. The result is conversations that go badly and deals that cost them. The Negotiation Workbench is a structured tool to help you prepare — before each significant conversation with your spouse, you'll map your position, your leverage, your BATNA (your alternative if you don't reach agreement), their likely concerns, and your specific opening and walk-away positions.

This is the difference between executives who spend hours preparing for a board meeting and people who walk into a kitchen-table conversation with their spouse hoping it goes well. The Workbench gives you the structure to negotiate like a professional — without becoming an adversary.

Built on the same principles trained mediators use. Calm, strategic, and designed to produce deals that settle faster and cost less in legal fees.

OkayDivorce Circles

Eight people. Twelve weeks. The conversation you can't have with anyone else in your life right now.

Most people going through divorce are alone in a specific way. Friends pick sides or get uncomfortable. Family is loaded. Therapists are expensive and weekly. The result is that the loneliest, most decision-heavy stretch of an adult life happens without anyone you can talk to honestly.

OkayDivorce Circles are small, moderated, cohort-based peer groups for people actively working through separation. Eight participants in roughly the same phase, meeting weekly for twelve weeks on Zoom, led by a trained facilitator. Structured around the same Playbook framework the rest of OkayDivorce is built on — read the article, do the work, talk it through with seven others who actually understand what you're navigating.

This is the human layer that makes everything else stick. It's also a major commitment — for us to build well and for you to participate in. We'll open the first cohorts in 2027, by waitlist only, capped intentionally small.
