30-day money-back guarantee

OkayDivorce (operated by Artagia Inc.) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed directly by Artagia Inc. via Stripe, our payment processor. To request a refund, email support@okaydivorce.ca from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (or the date and approximate amount of the charge) and a short note on the reason. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and issue the refund to the original card or payment method.

Most refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions, the 30-day refund window applies to the initial purchase. You can cancel at any time from your account to stop future renewals. If you are charged for a renewal and want a refund, contact us within a reasonable period and we'll resolve it fairly.

One-on-one sessions

Coaching and expert sessions booked through OkayDivorce are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies handled on a case-by-case basis.
